ub3rus offer two primary services that are both charged at different rates.
Our main service, is our Onsite IT Consultation. This is where we come to your home or business, and provide IT products and services where you are. That way, you don’t have to disconnected and transport your equipment, we can test your equipment onsite and, if need be, take it offsite, repair and return it.
Our Onsite services are available to customers within our Primary Service Area, shown bellow. We do offer Onsite Services to customers in our Secondary Service Area also, but there is a call out fee involved for those customers.
Our hourly rate for onsite consultations is $100, and there is a minimum of 1 hour per job. Following the first hour, time is billed at $25 per 15 minutes.
Additionally, we offer Remote IT Support & Consultation, for clients who do not require onsite visits. This can be problems that we repair via remote access, to simple advice provided over the phone. Our remote services include phone and email support, and are available to customers all over Australia.
Remote IT Support & Consultation is billed at $20 per 15 minutes, and there is no minimum time per job. So if you need some advice, you don’t have to pay for an hour of service to get it.
In addition to these services, which are also available in packages listed bellow, we offer cloud & hosting services, web & graphic design and custom built computers designed to suit your needs and budget. For more information about any of our products, send us a message here.
Many of our IT Services are available in packages, that can save our customers lots of money.
Customers who wish for a standard clean, but don’t want to take time of work for a technician will love our Standard Service and Clean. You can drop off your computer in the morning and pick it up that evening¹. It will be cleaner, faster and virus free. And we will also notify you of any potential issues that could occur in the future. We can also pick up and return your machine for a nominal transport fee. We also offer our Remote Support Services in a Monthly deal for home users, or yearly contracts for our larger, business customers. For as little as $20² per month, you can receive unlimited Remote Support via phone, email and remote assistance.
This is available to all customers across Australia, and and has many other benefits besides. There is no lock-in.
